Reading the character marking in metal part is a highly challenging application when it was included with Robot operation.

Arcus provide solution in reading character inside the car body, while the camera is mounted in robot itself. After engraving, the vision will capture the character image and provide the each character result for comparison with MES data.

Customized C# dot net application was developed for user friendly GUI and retrieving the production images fro the period of 6 months.
