Wheel Traceability

Our major part in involved in traceability of the part in production line. In this project, we had traced the wheels belongs to which car in production line.

We will get the sequence input data of the car, corresponding the operator will manually load the concerned spec wheel in conveyor. If human error happens, our system will scan the barcode in the wheel and check with sequence data. If both are matching line will be operation. Otherwise line will stop.

We had provided 20 lakhs of traceability data for crosschecking in future.
